What better way to spend a chilly afternoon than creating a charming cuff ~ winter blues will surely melt away. We'll be using vintage elements; silk, lace, buttons, beads, ribbon and more. Learn how to make quick and easy roses using ribbon ~ the finishing touch, stamp an inspirational message on the back. The finished project will be a cuff you can dress up or wear with jeans and a tee!Saturday January 9th
